What is Puget Sound Referral Network?
Puget Sound Referral Network® (PSRN) is an independent and special real estate company where members, mostly former Realtors®, can place their inactive or non-practicing real estate license and still receive compensation on an ongoing basis.

The PSRN will easily allow you to use your database and lifelong contacts to get paid for providing referrals to active full time real estate professionals. This is not a gimmick, but a sound business practice to extend the longevity of your business which you worked hard to develop.

A Retirement System
PSRN provides a streamlined system for either existing or retired agents from any company who wish to continue to receive a cash flow from their business. We expertly and efficiently manage paperwork, trust accounting and brokerage services. Of course you as a member must maintain a Washington State license and education requirements which we have available online for you. How About A Leave of Absence
Many times an agent wishes to take a leave of absence, usually 6 months or more, and wishes to minimize the effect to the client base. In this case, an agent could continue to market and have a fill-in to appropriately handle the servicing with a more specific set of instructions (some restrictions apply).

Where Do My Referrals Go?
Generally the PSRN will designate a qualified, experienced full-time Realtor® to serve the client that you refer into the system. As a member, you can specify a particular agent or company as long as that agent completes the appropriate paperwork and abides by the rules of conduct of the PSRN.
